Cancellation Policy
A credit card number or deposit is required at the time of booking. If we take a deposit and then have to make a refund there will be a minimum charge of £5.00 for credit/debit card charges.
Cancellations made up to 2 days before arrival are without charge. If you cancel in the 2 days before arrival the first night will be due. The total value of the booking may be charged if a cancellation is made with less that 12 hours notice. We advise that you have holiday insurance.
